Where is my order?
You can track your order by following these steps:
1.Sign in to your My Account page
2.Select "Order History"
3. Select your order number. The tracking number(s) for your order should be shown.
If your item hasn"t shipped please note the following information:
On our website we offer several different availabilities for items on our site. Because of the large variety of books we offer, we cannot always keep every book in stock. Our availability information will help you estimate how long it will take before your item ships from our Distribution Center.
If your order contains multiple books with more than one of the following types of different availability, it is possible that your order will be shipped to you in separate parts. In this case, there will be separate tracking information concerning each of the shipments for your order.
Items that are listed as "In Stock, Ships Immediately" are items that are kept in our Distribution Center. These items, are typically available for immediate shipment after your order information is processed if placed before 11:00 am EST.
"In Stock, Ships in 24 hours" are items which will take 24 business hours to process before they can leave our facility.
When an item is listed as "Usually Ships in 2-3 business days, 3-4 business days, 1-2 weeks" this means that we do not currently have this item in stock, and must order the item from a publisher or a distributor for the publisher.
Generally we are able to receive these books in the time frame listed on our website. Please keep in mind, however, that these are estimates based off of the shipping times of this publisher or distributor in our recent history. On rare occasions, orders may be delayed because of a change in availability after the item is ordered.
